Weston's FIRST Carbon Crunch ChallengeSeptember - December 2009
The Carbon Crunch Challenge is officially underway!
The September 27th kick-off event marked the start of the competition, and with nearly 70 households registered it looks like there will be plenty of competition for prizes in all areas, including:
- Most improved (%): October '09 vs. '08
- Most improved (%): November '09 vs. '08
- Most improved (%): Cumulative
- Most improved (%): Team
- Greatest kWh decrease '08-'09
- Lowest '09 kWh
All participants will receive emails with more information about
submitting their data (all of which can be found on monthly NSTAR bills), but if you have questions please email Rudy at rudyruggles3@gmail.com. Please note that submitted data will not be shared or shown without permission.
If you didn't register in time to participate in this event, you can still take advantage of all of the tips and ideas posted on this website to reduce your electric bill. And stay tuned for future
competition opportunities as well.
